The Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner (DCAD) is an annual event hosted by the Rainbow Council, Scouting America which honors an individual who has provided significant and enduring contributions to the community and who embodies the principles and values of the Scouting program and thereby serves as an exemplary role model for our young people.
Rainbow Council, Scouting America is proud to announce Bob Filotto as the Distinguished Citizen for 2024. Bob, a respected leader with an extensive career in accounting and business services, founded Filotto Professional Services in 1999, providing CPA services, business valuations, and criminal forensic services. Bob’s unwavering commitment to community service is evident through his long-standing involvement with numerous organizations, including the Will County Center for Economic Development, Rotary International, and the Rialto Square Theatre Authority Board.
