The service center is home to the Rainbow Council Scout Shop and administrative building. Our business center and Scout Shop used to run out of the RSR camp in Morris until we moved to the service center in Lockport on Saturday, October 28th, 2017.

Previously the old City Hall, we took to this building with the hopes of becoming more seen in the community. Being in the heart of Lockport has already been a great benefit to the Scouting community as well as the community of Lockport. The city of Lockport has been a great home to us and continues to beautify the outside of this historic building. 

If you haven’t come by already, come see where we operate, and stop in the shop to pick up scouting goods, Rainbow Council wears, or hold a meeting in one of our conference rooms.
