+Deposit of $125 is required to register for merit badges and is nonrefundable. The deposit counts toward each participant's Standard Base Rate balance.
++If Base Rate registration is not paid in full by May 1, 2026, then a $25 Admin fee will be assessed. The Admin fee only applies to unpaid Base Rate balances and does not include fees incurred due to merit badge selections.
