Refund Policy

Camping Event and Activity Refund Policy

Refunds requested at least 14 days prior to the start date of an event will given in full, less an administrative processing fee (covering credit card/online transaction/mailing expenses incurred). Requests received less than 14 days prior will only be considered in cases of hardship and will be reviewed by the Outdoor Adventures Cabinet. These requests must be in writing and received within 30 days after the event.

 

Campsite Booking Refund Policy

Due to the planning cycle of units, campsite bookings can only be refunded if received in enough time to book to another unit. We have determined that deposits can be refunded if requested greater than 45 days prior to the start date of the booking, less an administrative processing fee (covering credit card/online transaction/mailing, etc expenses incurred).
